Information you share
We collect the information you submit through contact and game development inquiry forms, including your name, email address, company, project concept, platform, budget, timeline, and additional details where provided. We use it to review and respond to your inquiry.
Game support and uploads
Bug reports may include game selection, category, description, reproduction steps, device and software information, optional contact details, and uploaded screenshots or videos. We use these to investigate issues and improve our games. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information or information about other people without permission. Uploaded media is stored privately and is not published as part of your report.
Newsletter subscriptions
We store your email, optional game interests, consent record, and subscription timestamp when you subscribe. This website collects subscriptions; it does not currently send newsletters. You can use the unsubscribe page at any time. A future mailing service will need to honor these choices.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses an essential session cookie to protect forms. Optional first-party usage analytics are collected only after you choose Allow analytics. We measure page views and game-link interactions with randomly assigned visitor and session identifiers; no raw IP address or full referring URL is stored in these analytics records. Choose Analytics preferences to withdraw consent. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Default analytics retention is 90 days when the maintenance job is enabled.
Storage, security, and service providers
Submissions and subscriber records are stored in the website’s database. Bug attachments are stored outside publicly accessible files. Contact inquiries may also be forwarded securely to Arythos’s internal inquiry-management system when configured. Hosting providers process data needed to operate the website. Server logs may contain IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, and browser information. We do not sell the information collected through these forms.
Retention
Information should be kept only for as long as needed to handle inquiries, investigate bugs, maintain subscriptions, meet applicable obligations, and resolve disputes. The operator must adopt and apply a retention schedule before publication. The website includes tools to remove older submissions and inactive subscription records; automatic deletion is not enabled by default. Backups and hosting logs require their own retention controls.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. Use our contact form and identify your request as a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling it. Newsletter consent can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe page without an account.

Links to games, including Spagooter Shooter, take you to separate websites. Their player accounts, data collection, and policies are managed separately. This public website does not create player accounts.
Children and international visitors
These website forms are not intended to collect information from children under 13. Do not submit a child’s personal information through them. Contact us if you believe such information has been submitted. Hosting location, applicable age thresholds, and any international transfer requirements must be confirmed by the operator.
