Terms of Service
Prepared October 23, 2026 · Owner review required before publication
Publication draft
Existing policy draft. Confirm legal operator details, applicable jurisdiction, retention schedule and contact process before publication.
Using this website
These terms concern the public Arythos studio website. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass security, access private data, upload malicious files, or submit abusive or fraudulent material. Games linked from this website may have separate terms.
Intellectual property
Website content, studio branding, and original game materials are owned by Arythos or their respective rights holders. Viewing the website does not grant ownership or a license to redistribute or commercially exploit that material. Any third-party rights remain with their owners.
Messages, ideas, and bug reports
Submit only information and files that you have the right to share. You allow Arythos to store and use your submissions as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate inquiries, investigate bugs, and operate the website. You retain your rights in your own material. Submitting a game concept does not create a development contract, confidentiality agreement, partnership, or commitment to deliver a project. Do not send confidential information before a separate agreement is in place.
Availability and development information
Games in development can change. Descriptions, media, features, and release plans may be updated. “Coming soon” does not promise a release date. We aim to keep information accurate, but availability and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
External links
External sites operate independently. Review their terms and privacy practices before using them. Links do not imply that this website hosts or controls their accounts, transactions, or services.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided as available, without warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Any limitation of liability is subject to mandatory law and does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. The operator must have jurisdiction-specific wording reviewed before publication.
Applicable law and disputes
The legal operator, governing law, and appropriate dispute provisions must be confirmed before these terms are published. No jurisdiction, arbitration agreement, or waiver is asserted in this draft.
Contact and changes
Use the contact form for questions about these terms. Updated terms should be posted here with an effective date after operator review.
